BES PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION

What is PTO?

At our core, the PTO is a collaborative partnership between parents and educators, united by a shared goal: to support the growth and development of our children. We recognize that parental involvement plays a vital role in shaping their academic journey, and we strive to facilitate meaningful connections between families and the school.

PTO Membership

Membership is open to parents, guardians, individuals in a parental role, principals, teachers, and staff of BES. We take pride in offering a membership that is free of any dues or fees, ensuring that every member of our school community can actively participate.

Your voice and vote matter, shaping initiatives and events for our students. Together, we support their success and well-being, fostering an inclusive environment. Join our dynamic network to make a lasting impact on their educational journey. Be a part of the BES PTO and contribute your unique insights, talents, and passions to help every child thrive.

PTO Committees

PTO at Brookhollow Elementary School offers a diverse range of committees and chair positions that play a crucial role in organizing specific events and initiatives. Appointed committee chairs take charge of tasks such as fundraising, communications, hospitality, volunteer coordination, spirit wear, fall festival, special events, yearbook chair, and holiday shop.

These chairs establish their own committees, delegate responsibilities, and work closely with the Executive Board to ensure successful outcomes. By participating in these committees, PTO members actively contribute their skills and ideas, making a meaningful impact on the educational journey of our students and fostering a strong school community.

Why parents volunteer with us-

I volunteer with the PTO because I believe in being an engaged parent who actively supports my son, the teachers, and our community. It is my way of demonstrating my commitment and dedication to their well-being and fostering a strong school community.

― Kira, Kinder parent

I volunteer with the PTO because school plays a significant role in my children’s lives, and I want them to know that I am fully invested and present with them. It also provides an opportunity to build relationships with teachers and establish connections with fellow parents, leading to new friendships!

― Jesica, 1st Grade parent
